Dates and times are by appointment only.
Your self-discipline and initiative determine your success.
The reading assignments below are suggested for your private instruction.
Avoid scheduling appointments with the Pilates Educator when you are ill prepared.
It is your responsibility to self-test with the quizzes regularly, to assure retention of material and self-evaluate your progress, please notify the instructor if you find yourself falling behind.
