IPCertification will refund your Certification Renewal order payment for a full refund prior to sending your Documents via Certified Mail.
Service orders for Certification Renewal, which are fulfilled are considered final.
We will refund your Certification Testing order payment for a full refund if you cancel your scheduled TESTING sessions 7 days prior to to your first scheduled session.
Failure to notify your IPC Testing Agent of cancellation 7 days prior to your first scheduled session is considered a Late Cancellation and is not refundable.
Transfer of credited payment to a third party is not allowed.
