1-on-1 Comprehensive Program approximate hours

450 documented education units

Instruction Component: 40 Education Units
  40 hours with the International Pilates College Inc. Master Instructor
  including certification testing if the Instructor is qualified as an International Pilates Certification Testing Agent
  You may arrange additional hours with independent certified Pilates instructors of your choice and additional expense

Independent Studies: 410 Education Units;
Observation: Pilates Mat classes, Pilates Reformer classes and one-on-one private sessions
Self Practice; Practice performing Pilates exercises
Practical Teaching Application; you may accumulate instruction documentation up to 12 months from commencement of the Instruction Component
  Teaching the hosting Pilates studio staff or teachers
  Teaching your friends
  Teaching your private clients; Private Fitness Liability Insurance required
Community Outreach; teach senior and youth classes
Research Project; assigned
Internship; Pilates instruction agreement with a Pilates studio
