450 documented education units

• Instruction: 60 hours (you may choose more time with the Pilates Professor or mentor according to your needs)
  • 30 hours with the International Pilates College Professor
  • 7 hours with the International Pilates Certification Agent
  • 23 hours with IPC Mentors
• Practice: 100 hours
  • 70 hours of Self Practice; Practice performing Pilates exercises
  • 30 hours of Practical Teaching; Teaching hosting studio staff or teachers
• Independent Studies: 40 hours
  • 20 hours of Observation: Pilates Mat classes, Pilates Reformer classes and one-on-one private sessions
  • 10 hours of Research Project
  • 10 hours of Comparative Studies; Pilates books and videos
• Teaching: 250 hours; document instruction hours for up to one year after credentialing
  • Teaching your friends and private clients
  • Community Outreach; teach senior and youth classes
  • Internship Instruction at your designated Pilates studio
