Do Your Best To Follow These General Guidelines

 ☺ Drink at least 1˝ liters of  “pure” water a day.

Tip: Carry a large bottle of drinking water with you all the time; sip frequently.

☺ It is important to start your day with a HEALTHY breakfast.

Tip: Plan ahead for menus and make time to eat.

☺ Eat a total of 5 smaller meals a day.

Tip: Portions no larger than what you can hold in one hand.

☺ Eat quality proteins & plenty of fresh vegetables.

Tip: Fish, turkey, chicken, lean red meats with a variety of steamed or raw veggies.

☺ Eat whole grain products.

Tip: For better digestion, chew thoroughly and eat grains before midday.

☺ Healthy snacks

Tip: Fruit, raw veggies, boiled egg, rice cakes, tomato soup.

☺ Buy and eat natural, fresh, whole foods that are in season.

Tip: Grocery shop after you have eaten [it is easier to make better food choices].

 Important Things to Avoid:

Eating quickly or when under stress

Fast food restaurants

Fried foods

Food with white refined flour

Adding salt to food

Refined white sugar and corn syrup

Eating late at night or before bed
