The International Pilates includes professional instructors who graduated from a variety of diverse Physical Education organizations.
IP is dedicated to Expanding Knowledge in the Physical Arts and therefore embraces diversity of all Pilates methodologies.
IP does not prescribe workouts or diets but offers examples compiled by fitness instructors who developed them based on their clients' needs and abilities.
