Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any valid reason we will refund your order payment within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Service orders, which are over 30 days without a return request, are considered final.

In addition, refunds are not granted if a customer has failed to follow International Pilates instructions that are provided on the Web Site. However, International Pilates will assist in correcting mistakes of customer.

International Pilates is responsible for its self and not responsible for refunds or refund requests concerning any associate or affiliation with International Pilates including but not limited to International Pilates College Inc or International Pilates Certification.
